What is the Well health & Saftey Rating?
Designed to empower owners and operators across large and small businesses alike to take the necessary steps in order to prioritize the health and safety of their staff, visitors and stakeholders, the WELL Health-Safety Rating was designed to guide users in preparing their spaces for re-entry into the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, instilling confidence in those who come through the building as well as the broader community.
The rating consists of operational interventions that can be made to help mitigate its spread across five key themes:

Emergency Preparedness Programs
Stakeholder engagement and Communication
Health Service Resources
Air and Water Quality Management
What makes it stand out?
From handwashing support and cleaning practices to health services and air and water quality monitoring protocols, we are working hard to support the health and safety of everyone who walks through the door.
While the rating was created by a collection of nearly 600 experts across public health, medicine, design, real estate, government, and academia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the targeted strategies are broad-reaching and apply to numerous health and safety issues.
